For a charming antique look, try sepia toning on cream paper and dress her in white lace.

Well, first congrats! And second dress your daughter in something white, you might want to try a sort of gown, or have one made based on the bible's description of jesus in the revelation of john, I would get something made for her, so you can store it for memories. The best background for this would maybe in my opinion be something that contrasts the common "river meadows" look, to maybe on the pier at night looking at the stars with a shot of the water? Good luck.

Do the invites with a plain white background and a large picture of her face.

I'd use a picture of her laughing or smiling, dressed in white. Use a nice textured paper with simple but feminine fonts. I also did my daughters' cards but I used the picture of a sunflower with assorted ribbons, it was quite fresh and nice.
Congratulations by the way!

Why not use a pic that she is just a few mins/hours old in?
