50th wedding anniversary invitations?

Hosting a wedding anniversary for parents by the children. Is there any special format to list a deceased child as part of the invitation? The husband of the deceased daughter is part of those hosting. Thanks,

Our website has a bunch of examples of sample wording for anniversary parties. See the link below. I would include the husband of the deceased daughter as a host as well

you could use the format :

susan and james smith, john smith, john jones, donna and ken manning and ray and joan smith
request the honor of your presence,
at the 50th anniversary celebration of
    jack and jill smith

on the invite there is no reason to go into who is who and who is an inlaw. dead people are not ever listed on invites because they are not able to host parties.

    or you could put

' the sons and daughters and their families of jack and jill.....

request the honor of your .....

Maybe just say it is "hosted by their children and their children's families."
